If you would like to affiliate with Roaming Hooves I would like you to follow these rules.
-Make sure you have our banner up somewhere on your page before you apply.
-State your sites name, plot, picture of your card and your cards code
-Please make sure your card is 88x31
-If you would like your card to stay on the site for 1 month without moving make sure you have AT LEAST 100 points.
